If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 98bet support immediately. We will investigate the report and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account while the investigation is ongoing.
98bet will never contact you by email, SMS, live chat or phone to ask for your password. Any message purporting to be from 98bet that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.
You must ensure that you log out of your account fully when using a shared or public device. 98bet accepts no liability for losses resulting from a failure to secure your login credentials.
All financial transactions on 98bet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion and no exchange rate applied to your balance at any point.

98bet does not charge any platform fee on deposits. Any charges applied by your own bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa account are outside of 98bet's control and are your responsibility.
Withdrawals: You may withdraw funds from your real-money PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
98bet processes withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours under normal conditions. Once processed, the time it takes for funds to reach your account depends on your payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast transfers are typically instant once approved; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
98bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket season promotions tied to the Pakistan Super League and T20 series, and other time-limited offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:
Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated systems to exploit promotions, or coordinated wagering with other players to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements are all forms of bonus abuse and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All games and betting markets on 98bet are governed by the rules published within the game or market itself, as well as these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific game or market rules take precedence for gameplay decisions, while these Terms govern account-level matters.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98bet and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to a bonus restriction will be returned to you through your original payment method, following completion of any ongoing investigation.

98bet aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a resolution or substantive update within 5 business days. Complex cases involving game disputes or large transactions may take longer and you will be kept informed of progress.
Disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game round must be raised within 30 days of the round in question. 98bet's server logs and system records are the definitive record for resolving game-related disputes. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated.
